Happy New Year!!! Cece and I enjoyed a leisurely day in Kodiak today, talking to Mike a few times on the phone, making Martha' Stewart's healthier version of moussaka, and playing and reading with Cece. Mike is in Colorado for a friends' wedding. We hope to pick him up from the airport tomorrow morning (1/2/09). As Cece was napping and I was working on a report for work, I started thinking about New Year's resolutions. And rather than make goals to "fix" all my problems, my one mantra will be 'Carpe Diem' (Seize the day). So here are some words of wisdom to inspire and guide:
