Back in the saddle again

Yawnnnn! It's been a busy few weeks and we're just catching up...my work trip to Oregon and Mike's 2 work trips to Anchorage, going to a new daycare provider (Colleen has been away with her family), dealing with workplace issues, taking Kenzie to the vet and now treating the yeast infection in her ear, windshield wiper problems, refinancing the house for a lower interest rate, blah, blah, blah. We've been busy... but there is a beautiful light at the end of the tunnel. Mike, Cece, and I are planning to leaving the island this coming Friday and then flying out of Anchorage for Maui on Saturday. We'll be there for ~2 weeks with Mike's Mom and my Mom and step-Dad. YEAH!!!! We've been able to save for ~1 year and our flights and lodging are all paid off. This is our 'summer' vacation and we're starting to get excited. After working so hard, it'll be a great chance to recharge our batteries, count our blessings and get warm.
