Ohhh...it's good to be a carnivore

A big thanks to Mike's brother (Ed) and his family (BJ, Chandra and Eddie) for a Christmas package from Omaha Steaks. Tonight we enjoyed fantastic hamburgers with baked sweet potato bites, broccoli stir-fry, cucumbers and grapes. Yummm. Not sure why the burgers were so good...was it the amount of fat, the quality of meat, the air in Omaha, the way Mike cooked them...? Whatever the reason, I was happy to be a carnivore tonight...and look forward to enjoying the rest of the package in future meals.
